JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 17-03-2016 The application is for restoration of LPA No. 1901 of 2015, which was deemed to be rejected in view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court on 14th October, 2015 for the failure of the appellants to remove the defects. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks three weeks' time to remove the defects, which, according to him, could not be removed inadvertently.

Keeping in view the request of the petitioners, we deem it appropriate to restore the appeal to its original file, subject to the condition that the defects are removed within three weeks. The petition stands disposed of.
