JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2018 This writ petition filed in July, 2010 was taken up by the Court on 10.05.2010. As the counsel for the petitioners failed to appear, the case was passed over for the day. Thereafter, on 11.05.2010 also, the counsel for the petitioners did not appear, whereafter, the Court directed the case to be listed after summer vacation. Again, the case was taken up on 25.09.2013 and as the counsel for the petitioners did not appear, the same was dismissed for want of prosecution. Subsequently, vide M.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10225 of 2010 (5) dt.05-01-2018 No.4602 of 2014, a prayer for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.10225 of 2010 was made, which was allowed by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2017. After restoration, the matter is taken up today, however, the counsel for the petitioners is not present. Accordingly, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
