This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.597 of 2016 arising out of Ishacchak P.S.Case No.129 of 2014 for the offences under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of regular bail, however, a report had been called for from the court concerned, about status of the case and the learned trial court has sent a report stating that the case is pending only for defence evidence and the trial will be concluded within a period of one month.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14485 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 report, as submitted by the learned court below, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer of the petitioner is rejected.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
