The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Rail P.S. case No. 01 of 2012 under Section 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Bipin Ram from whose possession looted mobiles are said to have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 24.02.2012. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five years.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
