JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 16-10-2015 Heard Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. P.N.Shahi, learned AAG-10, appearing for the State.

Having perused the materials on record and the order which has been passed in this writ petition, we are of the view that this writ petition needs to be closed with appropriate directions to the respondent No.2, namely, Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.803 of 2015 (4) dt.16-10-2015 Samastipur and the respondent No.4, namely, Station House Officer, Patori Police Station, in the district of Samastipur. We, therefore, direct that the Station House Officer, Patori Police Station shall carry out the investigation of Patori P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 (Complaint Case No. 2063 of 2014) and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously in accordance with law.

The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur shall ensure that the investigation of the case aforementioned proceeds in accordance with law and is concluded expeditiously. With the above observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
