2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no. 02.

3. The petitioner no. 01 seeks bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 436 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323. 498(A), 363, 365, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner no. 01 and others are said to have killed the deceased.

5. The petitioner no. 01 is in custody since 12.04.2025.

6. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner no. 01. He further submits that the police has submitted charge-sheet against the mother-in-law of the deceased.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 1, this application is allowed with regard to him.

8. Let the petitioner no. 1, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/concerned Court below in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 436 of 2023.

9. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner no. 02 and allowed with regard to petitioner no. 01.
