Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 24 of 2009 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 452, 380, 436 of the I.P.C., 3⁄4 of the Explosive Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Krishna Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24415 of 2013. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7762 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 24 of 2009.
