The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 229/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and filed an affidavit sworn by the informant. In the affidavit, it has been stated that the petitioner has returned the amount to the informant and the informant has no other grievance.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Smt. Neha Tripathi learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 229/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
