The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 120 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that Rs.80,000/- approximately was robbed from the informant while he was coming after collecting the money.
Submission is that in another case under Section 25 of the Arms Act, the petitioner was apprehended and except confessional statement of this petitioner that he participated in this case, there is no other material against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from him.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6017 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar @ Vikky, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-X, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016.
