ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2019 in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.76 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended on the basis of suspicion and upon CCTV footage. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged after a lapse of ten days, for which no plausible explanation has been offered by the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and
