Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that during Tilak ceremony of his son, Anil fired at the informant but missed and accused persons snatched the golden chain of his brother-in-law and fled leaving two motorcycles. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicate in the instant case. It is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56810 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 FIR, it would manifest that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he said -- why his father was stopped from firing. It is next submitted that since petitioner is son of Pappu Kumar, who was also present in the Tilak ceremony of the son of the informant, as such the petitioner came to be implicated. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 573 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
