compliance of the order passed and from the averments made in para - 11 and 12 it is seen that with regard to 27 applicants in the five contempt applications payments have been made to them as detailed in Annexure-D to the supplementary affidavit the State Government has released the fund to the University concerned as detailed in Annexure-D. The University shall now disburse the payment within a period of fifteen days from today.

It is stated by the learned Advocate General that funds have been released to the University after the order passed accordingly be it now ensured that payments are made to them i.e. 27 in number within a period of 15 days from today by the University and a report submitted to the Registrar General of this Court through the Registrar of the University with regard to the payments. The presence of Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid observation, these applications stand disposed of.
