Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.2.2013 by which the Adhoc Additional District Judge-III, Samastipur has refused an application for recall of P.W.1 and P.W.9 for cross-examination in Sessions Trial No.356 of 2006. In the facts and circumstances, I find no reason for interference in the impugned order and hence, this application is rejected.
