The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 47(A) of Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016. He has got no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that as per prosecution report, total 27 liters of country made Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
