02. 03.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Rajiv Kumar-IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari (or its successor). Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner and his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
