Petitioner is accused in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
