====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 The matter has been brought under the heading 'To Be Mentioned" at the behest of learned counsel for the petitioner.

It appears that in paragraph no.4 of the order dated 05.04.2018, it has been recorded inadvertently recorded that 'a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent', whereas, in paragraph no.3 of the petition it is mentioned that 'the petitioner is accused in one other case, being Konch P.S. Case No.36 of 2013, apart from the present case and the petitioner is on bail in the said case'.

In that view of the above fact, let last sentence of paragraph no.4 of the order dated 05.04.2018 be read to the extent that 'the petitioner is accused in one other case, being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19767 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Konch P.S. Case No.36 of 2013, apart from the present case and in the said case he is on bail'.

Accordingly, the order dated 05.04.2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.
