The petitioner is accused in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 342, 353, 307, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 30/37 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recover of 9 bottles, each containing 375 ML India made foreign liquor, from the Scorpio on which the petitioner was driver.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 05.12.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3170 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-10, Chapra, District-Saran in connection with Kopa P.S.
