The petitioner seeks bail in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of his motorcycle from his premises. The petitioner was arrested on mere suspicion but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
