2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs/ direction/directions/order/ orders commanding the respondents to provide the appointment of the petitioner or to at least one member of his family on Group-C or D posts in Railway Department of Central Government of India in lieu of acquisition of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12666 of 2025(3) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 his land monetary in addition to which lands of compensation, the petitioner was acquired in the Project of "Railway Bridge-cum-Road Construction Over River Ganga" connecting Digha-Patna, which acquired land of petitioner is situated in Mauza Gangajal, Chadar No.1, P.S. Sonepur, District- Vaishali having total acquired lands the petitioner is 21 decimal by two awards i.e. Award No. 16 and Award No. 22 in date of 15.05.2017 through L.A. Case No. 3/07-08, and detail thereof are described in para no. 4 of this application."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to take appropriate steps for redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
