====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the death of her daughter-in-law and she is being prosecuted for the offences under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Penal Code.

From the records, I am satisfied that the death of the daughter-in-law of the petitioner happened within seven years of marriage and there is unnatural death. In the circumstances, in view of the allegation set out in the fardbeyan, I deem it appropriate that petitioner should surrender in the court of S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S. Case No. 224/14 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43111 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail even though her son, husband of the deceased is already in jail. This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
