2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons committed dowry death of daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no. 2 is uncle of husband of the deceased,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55563 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 whereas petitioner no. 1 is aunt of husband of the deceased. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They have falsely been implicated merely because they are relatives of husband of the deceased. He has submitted further that the investigating authorities submitted final form, but differing with the opinion of the investigating authorities, the learned Magistrate took cognizance. He has also submitted that the case of the petitioners is on better footing than that of father-in-law of the deceased, who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 73364 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, S.T. No. 472/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
