JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-12-2017 This writ application has been preferred for issuance of a command to the respondents to take appropriate step for conclusion of the investigation of Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.8 of 2014 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. In the counter affidavit, the respondents have specifically stated that all the F.I.R. named accused persons have been arrested in this case and Charge Sheet No.270 of 2015 had already
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1151 of 2015 dt.08-12-2017 P2/ been submitted and thereafter Charge Sheet No.301 of 2017 has been submitted against the remaining accused.
3. At this stage, the grievance of the petitioner is that the victim girl is still traceless. In the counter affidavit, it is stated that on the basis of mobile location the victim girl has been suspected to be in the State of Jammu & Kasmir. The petitioner is not providing a photograph of the victim to facilitate the police to recover her. Hence, recovery has not been done.
4. The petitioner would provide a photograph of the victim to the police at the earliest and, thereafter, the police take steps for recovery of the girl.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
