No.1522 of 2016 has been filed by the review petitioners, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of 21 days in preferring the present review petition against the order, dated 09.12.2015, passed in L.P.A. No.1667 of 2015.

Having considered the reasons assigned in the present petition seeking condonation of delay and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that the review petitioners were prevented by sufficient causes from preferring the review petition within time.
In view of the above, the delay of 21 days, in preferring the review petition, is hereby condoned. I.A. No.1522 of 2016 stands disposed of.
Having perused the review application and the materials on record, including the order, dated 09.12.2015, passed in L.P.A. No.1667 of 2015, review of which is sought for, we do not find that any ground has been made out warranting review of the order, aforementioned.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the review application stands dismissed.
