This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47, 49, 50, 51 and 53 of the Bihar Excise Act. From a hut police recovered 20 liters liquor on 10.07.2016. Allegation is that the same was of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall
