This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.06.2016 passed in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.65 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Munger by which he has taken cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 504, 338, 457, 380 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and others.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time this application has become infructuous as charges have already been framed and witnesses are being
