This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 366, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are suspected to have kidnapped to Poonam Devi, the daughter of the informant. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code disclosed her age as 21 years and, further, disclosed that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner to Sheohar, thereafter, to Chandigarh. However, when she was returning from Chandigarh, she was intercepted by the parents. She had alleged nothing more against any one. Considering the statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
