Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354(B), 323, 307, 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others attempted to outrage the modesty of the sister of the informant by committing house trespass.

Submission is that both sides are neighbours and for trivial dispute false case has been lodged. Co-accusedPramod Manjhi and Ankit Manjhi have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.35343

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) Police Station Case No.51 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
