JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri J.N.Thakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, who are named as accused in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.182/2015 registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it is true that the petitioners were allegedly member of mob, but there is no specific accusation against the petitioners. He submits that in the F.I.R. itself, there is specific accusation against other accused persons regarding overt act. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38208 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 submits that save and except the allegation of being member of mob, there is no specific accusation against the petitioners and, as such, a prayer is being made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The Court is of the opinion that there is no point for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
