JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury with sword on the head of the informant. The Doctor found one incised wound on the scalp of the informant, which was grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid materials against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ghanshyampur Police Station Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51829 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 No. 158 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1sst Class, Biraul/Successor Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Birendra Kumar, J) Vats/- U T
