This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of the son of the informant. Similar situated co-accused, Tileshwar Sahni, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33307 of 2010.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2016 arising out of Piprahi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2009 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, I, Sheohar, or successor Court.
