In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2004, G.R. No. 3105 of 2004, registered for offences under sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the present petitioner kidnapped the niece of the Informant, namely, Pushpa Kumari, daughter of the Informant. From the records, it appears that both have entered into marriage, living a peaceful conjugal life and have also blessed with two sons aged about 7 & 11 years respectively. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Amit Paswan @ Amit Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16200 of 2018(3) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 Ranjan, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2004, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
