In this application, complaint has been made by the petitioner that the order dated 27.08.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4598 of 2014 has not been complied with, whereby this Court has given direction in the following terms:- "In view of the aforementioned stand of learned counsel for the respondents, this Court would direct the concerned authority to ensure that the payment of admissible amount as claimed in this writ application

Patna High Court MJC No.196 of 2015 dt.04-02-2017 2/2 to the tune of Rs.5,55,898/- must be made to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order"

In pursuance of the aforesaid order, the authority has considered the case of the petitioner and vide order dated 19.03.2015 allotted an amount of Rs.5,55,898/- in favour of the petitioner. A statement to this effect has been made in paragraph No.4 of the show cause that the petitioner has received the payment of the aforesaid amount.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep this matter pending. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
