The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.122/11, S.Tr. No.483/13 registered under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of motorcycle by her husband and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law and she is in custody since 23.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that specific allegation of demand of motor cycle is against the Pappu Mahto who is husband of the deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12974 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in S.Tr.No.483/13 arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No.122/11.
