2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant, Karuna Kumari, Branch Manager of South Bihar Gramin Bank, Virnawan, Pakaribarawan branch alleged that this petitioner, who was Branch Manager of the bank at the relevant time, misappropriated huge amount deposited by the customers and transferred the same in the bank accounts of his relatives. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
