The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is as follows:

" That the petitioner prays through this application for issuance of appropriate order/direction or writ, preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent to issue rent receipt of the Plot No.674, Khata No. 186, Tauzi No.2363 of Mauza Adharpur, Anchal-Teghra, District-Begusarai having an area of 6 Bighas 19 Kathas 19 dhurs, together with correct name and make the necessary corrections as needful. "

The Respondent No. 3 and 4 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the application of the petitioner within six weeks from its production/communication of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14205 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 Copy of the writ petition will be produced before the respondent no. 3 and 4 for redressal of his grievances. The exercise must be completed within six weeks, if required, after hearing the petitioner.

With aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
