2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 6397(C) of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 138 and 141 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the complaint, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation.
4. Both the parties agreed to settle the dispute outside the Court and have willingly desired to appear before the learned District Court on 26.09.2025 at 10:30 AM.
5. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary steps to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.
6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case.
7. In case of failure on the part of the petitioners to appear on 26.09.2025 before the learned District Court or any
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55765 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 3/3 date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioners shall automatically lose its force.
8. In case, the parties fail to reconcile, then in that case, parties may avail appropriate remedy.
