This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the first information report, the informant suspects that the petitioners and others have committed murder of the father of the informant for land dispute. Considering the fact that only suspicion is there against the petitioners, who are females, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
