In view of the report of the trial Court dated 22nd of January, 2015 stating that only three witnesses have been examined, this Court would direct the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas to ensure that all the remaining witnesses to be examined in connection with Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2011 as well as Sessions Trial No. 518 of 2013 arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2011, should be produced within a period of six months so that the trial of the petitioner comes to an end within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
That being so, the prayer for bail of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17022 of 2014 (3) dt.08-04-2015 is, accordingly, rejected.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram as also to the trial Court for its strict compliance.
