The petitioners are accused in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 365 of 2016, registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 and 41 of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 21 bottles, each containing 750 ML India made foreign liquor, from the possession of the petitioners and one Arun Kumar Mandal. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. The petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2016.

No.3173 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioners.
