2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b) (ii)(B) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered in connection with Desari P.S.Case No. 182 of 2025.
3. According to allegation, from possession of coaccused Gaurav Kumar 7.41 gm Kota (heroin) and an Android mobile set were recovered and from possession of the petitioner 5.69 gm Kota (heroin) and a mobile set were recovered.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The quantity of the contraband is slightly above the small quantity and the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025. It is also submitted that co-accused Gaurav Kumar has been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54279 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 48264 of 2025 under order dated 08.08.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishhali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S.Case No. 182 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
