The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application.

'(a) A direction to the respondents, for payment of dues salary to the petitioner who is working on the post of Peon in B.M.A.

College, Baheri, District Darbhanga.

(b) A direction to the respondents to make uptodate payment of the salary to the petitioner.'

Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, as also, the representation being pending, the Respondent No.2, i.e. The Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga, is directed to dispose of the representation dated 30.08.2010 (Annexure-5 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10021 of 2014(4) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 the present writ application) filed on behalf of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
