JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2024 The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner praying for stay of the interview, scheduled from 22.07.2024 to 26.07.2024 for the post of Assistant Professor (Mathematics) by the Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna, pursuant to the Advertisement No. APMATH-23/20-21 and also for a direction to the respondent Commission to re-calculate the academic score of the petitioner adding the marks of research publications and experience of the petitioner, if not added and accepted by the respondentCommission.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent-Commission

Patna High Court CWJC No.12613 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 has submitted that pursuant to the interview held from 22.07.2024 to 26.07.2024, select list has also been notified, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Under the circumstances, at this stage, no relief, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, can be granted.
