The petitioners seek bail in Roh P.S. case No. 79 of 2016 under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police raided the house of the petitioners and from there more than 150 liters of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the house is semi constructed and somebody else might have kept liquor in the house and for that petitioners and their mother are made accused in the case. The petitioners are in jail since 16.03.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18755 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners have already remained in jail for more than one month, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada in Roh P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016.
