1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No.8719 of 2023, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.2283 of 2023(3) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 on account of inadvertence, the defects could not be removed, however, the same would be removed within a period of two weeks from today, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.8719 of 2023, to its original file, however, subject to the removal of defects pointed out by the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
