JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.09.2014 on the allegation that two country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession . No doubt, earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court but the trial court was directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within five months. The trial of the petitioner is still pending and the report dated 8.3.2017 sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, goes to show that uptil now, even not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
