2. Having regard to the reasons shown in paragraph '5' of the application, this Court extends the period to surrender and submit bail bonds by three weeks from today.

3. If the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bonds within three weeks from today, he will be given benefit of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44029 of 2023.

4. It is made clear that no further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioner.
