The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaribarawa P.S. Case No.206 of 2021 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 8 of the POCSO Act was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she voluntarily left her house with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him and they are living in Delhi as husband and wife.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58787 of 2022(4) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawa P.S.
