JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL) 13-04-2017 Heard Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Sinha for the appellantpetitioner and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma APP for the State. Mr. Sinha states that as a lawyer on the panel of the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, the case was assigned to him and he filed the appeal. Subsequently, he made his own effort and came to know that the appellant had already filed a Cr. Appeal which had already been disposed of on 14.05.2015 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B.)No. 141 of 2009. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is stated that he would not press the appeal on merit.
Mr. Sharma, APP for the State has no objection.
