JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-11-2025 The present Criminal Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner seeking direction to the State instrumentalities to initiate proceeding in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.537 of 2021. He is also seeking direction to the State Officials to arrest the accused in the aforesaid FIR.

2. The factual background of this case is that Sunny Kumari, daughter of the Petitioner, who is the informant of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.537 of 2021 went missing and it was the apprehension of the Petitioner that she has been kidnapped

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1262 of 2021(8) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 for illegal purpose. Hence, the FIR was lodged.

3. Case diary has been received in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.537 of 2021 and as per this case diary, it transpires that the said Sunny Kumari has entered into marriage with one Prakash Ranjan Prasad on 30.08.2019, and hence, the criminal case has been closed showing mistake of fact by the police, and hence, final form has been submitted by the police in the said Agamkuan P.S. Case No.537 of 2021.

4. Now, the Petitioner has no grievance in view of this information received from the investigating officer of Agamkuan P.S. Case No.537 of 2021.

5. As such, the present petition has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
